Delete my RaphiMarket account

You can delete your RaphiMarket account and the personal information associated with it at any time, free of charge.

From the app (immediate)

Open RaphiMarket, sign in, then go to Account → Security → Delete my account. The deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Fill in this form with your account's email address. To protect your account, we will write to that address to confirm the request, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted or kept

Your identifying information (name, email, phone, password), favorites, reviews, sessions and devices registered for notifications are erased or anonymized. If you have a store, it is closed. Orders and invoices are kept in anonymized form for the period required by applicable tax laws.
